Refund policy

This page reproduces sections 8, 9 and 10 of our Terms of Service, which apply in full; section numbers refer to the Terms. To start any withdrawal, return or refund, e-mail care@theayurvedaexperience.eu, quoting your order number if you have it.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order for any reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the products (if an order is delivered in several parcels, 14 days after the day you receive the last one). You can also withdraw at any time before delivery. For subscriptions see section 11; for gift cards see section 12.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends — by e-mail to care@theayurvedaexperience.eu or by using the model withdrawal form at the end of this section. Please include your order number if you have it, so that we can find your order quickly. If you have already received the products, send them back within 14 days of telling us; the return address is given when you contact us (please do not send returns to our registered office in Singapore). You may exercise your right of withdrawal without first requesting a return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the products. Please pack them with reasonable care and keep your proof of posting.

We refund the price of the products and the standard delivery charge you paid (not the extra cost of any faster delivery option you chose) within 14 days of the day you told us you withdraw; if we have not yet received the products back, we may wait until we receive them or until you provide proof of posting, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the payment method you used. You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

OUR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to your legal rights, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we will refund it or exchange it for another product. This guarantee is given by Transformative Learning Pte. Ltd., 24 Sin Ming Lane, #08-107 Midview City, Singapore 573970. It applies to products bought as a consumer on the Site or in our app and delivered to any address we deliver to (section 7), for 30 days from the day you receive the product. It does not apply to purchases made for resale (section 3) or to gift cards, and it does not limit your legal rights in sections 8 and 10: the legal guarantee of conformity applies free of charge whatever this guarantee says.

To use it, e-mail us within those 30 days at care@theayurvedaexperience.eu with your order number or the e-mail address you ordered with, and a photograph of the product. The guarantee applies whether or not the product has been opened or used. Return the product to us at your own cost within 14 days of our confirmation; the return address is given when you contact us. Once we receive the product back, we refund the price of the product to the payment method you used, or send the exchange product.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS — THE LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. In assessing conformity and durability, any expiry or period-after-opening date shown on the label is taken into account.
