Shipping policy

We deliver to most street addresses and P.O. boxes all over the world. 

 
Delivery Times 
 
When you order products from our website, it may take 1-2 days for us to process your order to get it ready for delivery. Your order confirmation is sent to you immediately after your purchase. If you haven't received an order confirmation by email (please check your spam/junk folder) within 24 hours, please contact us at care@theayurvedaexperience.eu.
 
We know how eager you are to receive your new products, so we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once your package is on the way, we'll send you a tracking link where, depending on the local delivery service, you may see an estimated delivery date. 
 
Shipping time depends upon the country of destination, and on average it takes: 
 
• Germany & Austria: 5-7 business days 
• France/Italy/Spain/rest of Europe: 7-10 business days 
• UK: 3-5 business days 
 
Business days are Monday to Friday except any national holidays. 
 
Changing or cancelling orders

Shipping Costs 
 
If your order is above €30 and you live in Europe, free shipping will automatically be applied to your order.

Orders between €25.00 and €29.99 receive subsidised shipping for €3.00

Orders under €25.00 will be charged a €5.00 shipping fee.

We offer Cash on Delivery exclusively for orders in Greece. A fee of €3 applies to orders for a minimum cart value of above €25.

Multiple Shipments 
 
The Ayurveda Experience is a platform and marketplace for Ayurvedic products by various brands or companies. If you order multiple products from different brands, you'll probably receive your products in multiple packages since they're shipped from different locations. No extra shipping fees are charged for multiple shipments.
